We build it, we run it and we answer the phone.
Apex is a small company building operational software for businesses whose work has outgrown the tools running it.
About Apex
We are not an agency and there is no bench. You deal directly with the people writing the software, which is why we can commit to understanding how your business works before we put a number on anything.
We build and run our own products.
Make Safety Easy is safety compliance software for operations that get inspected. NVES EnviroLog is environmental compliance software. We built both, we host both and we support both, which means we are the ones who get the call when something is wrong.
That is why we can afford to build you a working proof before you commit to anything.
We are not starting from an empty folder. The parts every operational system needs, accounts and permissions, records that hold up when somebody asks for them later, attachments, scheduled work, already exist and are already running in production. You are not paying us to learn.
We would rather turn work down than take a project we cannot do well. That is why the home page carries a list of the businesses we are not right for.
Tell us what is not working.
Describe how the work happens today and we will tell you what we think is worth fixing first.
